alright. notice that a lot of ppl, in fact majority of the sec 4s are very stress. stress due to prelims and o s. so this post is about stress, mainly about how to deal wif it, and hope that it helps some of you. thanks to : http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/conditions/mental_health/emotion_stress.shtml

firstly, to diagnose whether you are REALLY stress, or juz tired. ppl that are stress will show the following symptom: easily irritated, insomnia, very sensitive to other's comments, constipation, easily lose focus, stomachaches( this is not in the webby, but juz for your info.), and very low self-esteem.
basically these are the few. stress can be both beneficial and harmful. this is juz like the usual crap we listen to. too much no gd, too little no gd, juz nice perfect.

A wrong way to deal wif stress would be anger. not only does anger amplify the stress, it worsens your relations with other ppl. this in turn leads to more stress and frustration. so do not use anger to deal wif stress.

so wad are some ways to deal wif stress?! this is rather a long list so im juz gonna copy and paste for convenience sake.
Some ways to cope with stress:
accept offers of practical help
do one thing at a time - don't keep piling stress on stress
know your own limits - don't be too competitive or expect too much of yourself
talk to someone
do things you enjoy and have some fun
let off steam in a way that causes no harm (shout, scream or hit a pillow)
walk away from stressful situations
try to spend time with people who are rewarding rather than critical and judgmental
practise slow breathing using the lower part of the lungs
use relaxation techniques.


linking back to previous topic of LOVE, talking to each other may relieve stress and thus couples enjoy the privilege of feeling lesser stress. of course, wif tt privilege, it comes wif a price, or rather, a risk. couples that are unable to handle stress wif relationships will experience double trouble due to frustration in both relationship and work.

okok. heres a bit of confession. i didnt realise until now. but due to bast***s like me, FALSE stress is generate among my competitors. SORRY man. i didnt noe it till now.
